Copiah rides lightning to 41-0 win

The first football game of 2016 between the Copiah Academy Colonels and the Glenbrook Apaches in Minden, LA kicked off at 7:00 as scheduled. However, a thunderstorm moved into the area just as the Apaches were punting away after a quick three-and-out, forcing the teams into the locker rooms for a lightning delay of over 2 hours. Officials finally restarted the game around 9:15.
