Friends to join Art Month celebration
The Hazlehurst Friends of the Library is planning a big year. During April’s Hazlehurst Art Month the Friends of the Library will have a fundraiser Sunday April 9, from 2 until 4 p.m. at the home of Paul and Wendy Cartwright, 113 Dogwood Drive, showcasing their large local and Mississippi art collection. Tickets are $10.00 and all proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Hazlehurst Library. This event will also be the celebration of National Library Week.
