Dr. Cecelia McGowan named HCSD Teacher of the Year

Dr. Cecelia McGowan received Teacher of the Year Award from the Board.  She teaches physics, chemistry, and anatomy and physiology at HHS. Bonnie Jackson of the group “Save Our Sons” asked the board members for their support in the organization’s effort to provide mentoring and  leadership for young black men 12-16.
