Pamela Yvonne White Thedford

Pamela Yvonne White Thedford, 54, passed away Jan. 16, 2021, at Merit Health River Oaks in Flowood. A graveside service was held Jan. 24 at Mt. Sinai United Methodist Church in Hazlehurst, with Rev. Richard Scott officiating. House of Peoples Funeral Home handled arrangements.
Pam was born Aug. 11, 1966, in Hazlehurst to Helen Crump White and Alexander White Sr. She was a 1984 graduate of Hazlehurst High School and was a member of Mt. Sinai United Methodist Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents; sisters, Ellen Sanders, Rose Mary White Short; and brothers, Willie Fred and Jerome White.
Survivors include her husband, Van Dyke Thedford Sr., of Hazlehurst; daughter, Shuntanese Vanshon Thedford, of Hazlehurst; sons, Van Dyke Thedford Jr., Ernest Jordan, Marcus Jordan, all of Hazlehurst; four grandchildren; sisters, Norma White, Susan Smylie, both of Hazlehurst; Dealean White, of New Orleans, La.; and brothers, Alexander White Jr., Earnest White, Troy White, Michael White, all of Hazlehurst.
