Charles Lewis Beazley

Charles Lewis Beazley, 84, of Terry, passed away July 9, 2024. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Aug. 3, at Oak View Baptist Church. Stringer Family Funeral Services in Crystal Springs is handling arrangements.

Mr. Beazley was born and raised in the County Line community. He served 20 years in the Mississippi National Guard in Crystal Springs and 20 years in the U.S. Army. He served 23 years in ministry, retiring in 2021 from Oak View Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice LaMerle Beazley; parents, Adrian J. Beazley and Sadie Lewis Beazley; brothers, John Beazley, Don Beazley, and Ray Beazley; and nephew, Greg Beazley.

He is survived by his son, Mike Beazley; daughter, Resha Beazley Badke (Fred); brothers, Roy Beazley and Gene Beazley; and sisters, Beverly McDonald and Audrey Whitten.
