Holly Abernathy

Holly Erin Abernathy, 48, of Hazlehurst, passed away at her residence Oct. 24, 2024.  Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 30, at Stringer Family Funeral Home in Crystal Springs.  The funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, at Stringer Family Chapel, with burial at Gallman Cemetery.

Holly, a native of San Antonio, Texas, was a member of Gallman Baptist Church.  She was an accountant at Phi Theta Kappa for 20 years.  She loved her dog, Boowah.

Holly is survived by her husband of four years, Mark Abernathy; father, Don Peel; and sister, Jenny Corrao.
