Mary Lou Gladden

Mary Lou Gladden, 79, of Hazlehurst, passed away on Jan. 23, 2025. A service was held Jan. 27 at Bethel Baptist Church, with burial at Bethel Cemetery. Stringer Family Funeral Service in Hazlehurst handled arrangements.

Miss Gladden was born on Feb. 15, 1945, to the late Vincent and Mildred McKinzie Gladden. She worked for Copiah Bank for over 25 years. Miss Gladden enjoyed spending time in her flower garden.

She is survived by her brother, Robert Gladden (Debra); nephews, Adam Gladden and Jeff Gladden; nieces, Amanda Gandy and Kimberly Barlow; four great-nieces, seven great-nephews, and three great-great-nephews.
