Kenneth Graham Jasper
In loving memory of Kenneth Graham Jasper, we gather to celebrate a life that overflowed with love, compassion, and an unwavering dedication to his family and friends.
Kenneth “Graham” Jasper was born on Oct. 5, 1952, in Hazlehurst, the son of Eugene and Jessie Mae Jasper. Graham grew up in Hazlehurst and attended Hazlehurst High School, where he pursued his passion for academics, sports, and music. After graduating in 1970, he began a remarkable career spanning over 40 years in radio broadcasting. Whether serving as general manager, program director, or as his on-air personality (Brock Owens or Brock Boulette), he made a significant impact in his field, earning the respect and admiration of colleagues and peers. His dedication, perseverance, and unwavering work ethic were an inspiration to all who had the privilege of working alongside him.
As a devoted family man, Graham treasured the bonds he shared with his loved ones. He is survived by his son, Gabriel Jasper; sister, Betty McCardle; and brothers, Dwight and Ricky Jasper.
Although we deeply mourn the loss of Kenneth Graham Jasper, may his loving memory forever remain a beacon of light, reminding us to live each day with gratitude, compassion, and the same zest for life that he exemplified.
Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 7, at Stringer Family Funeral Home in Crystal Springs.
