Dorothy McInnis
Dorothy “Dot” Ann McInnis, 73, of Wesson, died Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at her home.
Visitation will be 5pm-8pm Thursday at Stringer Family Funeral Home in Hazlehurst. Services will be 10am Friday at Zion Hill Baptist Church with burial in Zion Hill Cemetery. Stringer Family Funeral Services in Hazlehurst is handling arrangements.
Mrs. McInnis was a native of Copiah County thru high school before moving to Jackson in 1959. She moved back to Copiah County after retirement. She was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church. Mrs. McInnis was a secretary for Irby Construction for several years.
Survivors include: husband, Charles S. McInnis; daughter, Elise Ann McInnis of Magee; son, Michael McInnis and wife Donna of Union; grandchildren, Tori McInnis and Carter McInnis; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Boswell Regional Center, P. O. Box 128, Magee, MS, 39111.
