Leone P. Howard

Leone Polk Davis Howard, 90,  of Crystal Springs, died Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010 at Brandon Care Center. 

Visitation will be 6pm-8pm Tuesday, Feb. 9,  at Stringer Family Funeral Home in Crystal Springs.

Services will be 11am Wednesday, February 10,  at Stringer Family Chapel with burial in Bethel Cemetery in Monticello.  Stringer Family Funeral Home in Crystal Springs is handling arrangements.

Mrs. Howard was born December 9, 1919. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee Polk and Annie Andrews Polk, and her husband, John Davis.
 
Survivors include: W.J. (Boy) Howard of Crystal Springs; children, Mike Davis (Kathryn), Carol Dendy (Harry), James Howard (Sue), and Elaine Propst (Mark); ten grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
 
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Crystal Springs, Baptist Children’s Village, or any Christian charity.
