Jimmy D. Edwards
Jimmy D. Edwards, 57, of Wesson, died Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Hardy Wilson Memorial Hospital in Hazlehurst.
Graveside services will be 11am Wednesday at Rehobeth Cemetery. Stringer Family Funeral Home in Hazlehurst is handling arrangements.
Mr. Edwards was a lifetime member of Rehobeth Methodist Church. He was a wood buyer for over 30 years at Charles Donald Wood yard.
Honorary pallbearers will be Bennie Newell, Jackie Grantham, Rusty Shows, and Randy Shealy.
He is survived by wife Terri Edwards; two children, Chris and Sara; granddaughter, Katherine Blair; father, Paul Edwards; brothers, Michael, Bobby and Ricky Edwards; sisters, Marie Buress, Lisa Chandler and Edna Stevens.
Memorials may be made to The Methodist Children’s Village or any animal shelter that does not euthanize animals.
