Josie Norman Williams

Josie Norman Williams, 88, of Hazlehurst, died Friday, August 30, 2013 at Hardy Wilson Memorial Hospital in Hazlehurst.

Services were held Sunday, Sept. 1, from Stringer Family Chapel with interment at Hazlehurst Cemetery.

Mrs. Williams was a native of Copiah County and owner of International Jeweler’s in Hazlehurst.  She was a member of the Nazarene Church in Crystal Springs.

 She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Williams; parents, David and Irma Norman; son, John M. Williams; sisters, Bertha Seals, Myrtle Blakeney and Doris Hart.

Survivors include: her granddaughter, Babs Norwood; great granddaughters, Mara and Kate Norwood; grandson, Chad Hall; brother, Roy Norman; sisters, Elsie Lavender and Vivian Bailey.
