Annie Whitten, 96, of Baytown, TX, died Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013.
Visitation will be 12pm-2pm Saturday at Stringer Family Funeral Home. Services will be 2pm Saturday at Stringer Family Chapel with burial at Hazlehurst Cemetery. Stringer Family Funeral Home in Hazlehurst is handling arrangements.
She was preceded in death by husband, Herrman I. Whitten, sisters, Iris Henley, Jean Bankhead, Inez Wiltshire, brothers, John Henley, Willis Henley, Thomas Henley, Ernest Henley, Hollis Henley and Dan Henley
Mrs. Whitten is survived by son, Mike H. Whitten (Melody) of Baytown, TX; daughter, Letitia W. Derieux of Nellsyford, VA; and grandson, Christopher Wible of Memphis, TN.
