Dakota Lee Epps, 18, of Wesson, died Wednesday, June 29, 2016.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. until Saturday at Westside Baptist Church. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Westside Baptist Church with interment at Bethesda Cemetery. Stringer Family Funeral Home in Hazlehurst is handling arrangements.
Dakota was born in Brookhaven. He was a 2016 graduate of Wesson High School and was a member of Westside Baptist Church.
He is survived by his mother, Darlene Erwin Epps of Wesson; father, Dennis Allen Epps of Wesson; brothers, Joseph Heath Erwin and wife Shannon Nicole Erwin of Hazlehurst, and Dennis Allan Epps, II, Hazlehurst; maternal grandmother, Theresa Ann Erwin of Hazlehurst; paternal grandmother, Noreen Fidacaro of Bradenton, FL; and two nieces, Autumn Lee Erwin and Jimmie Dalaney Erwin.
