Peggy Bryant
Peggy Turnbow Bryant, 83, of Crystal Springs, passed away March 26, 2017 at her residence.
Visitation will be 6pm-8pm Tuesday and 10am-11am Wednesday at Highland Baptist Church. Services will be 11am Wednesday at Highland Baptist Church with burial at Poplar Springs Cemetery. Stringer Family Funeral Home in Crystal Springs is handling arrangements.
Mrs. Bryant was a member of Highland Baptist Church. She was a babysitter for many years.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Wiley Reed.
She is survived by her son, Howard McManus (Nancy) and Billy Joe McManus (Wanda) all of Crystal Springs; daughter, Linda Lenard and Betty Barrentine (David) all of Crystal Springs; brothers, Billy Reed of Wisner, LA, Jerry Reed of Pascagoula, Buddy Reed, and Earnest William Reed, Jr., of College Station, TX; sisters, Nellie Thompson (Doug) of Monroe, LA, Alice Shaw of Winnsboro, LA, Gracie Pryor of Monroe, LA and Janie Green of Pioneer, LA; grandchildren, Chelly Whittington, Scott Lenard, Thomas Lenard, Shane Barrentine, Chris Barrentine, Ben McManus, Jon McManus, Misty Myers, Bridgette Sandifer, and Justin McManus; 23 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
