Don’t miss this chance

The job market in Copiah County has been stagnant for a long time.  Gone are most of the lumber mills and the pulpwood yards.  Gone is are the plants in Galllman and Wesson where electronic parts for machines and appliances were assembled.  All of this has adversely affected our local economy.
So, why wouldn’t any and all businesses and industries in the county register with the Copiah County ACT Work Readiness assessment program and help the county take the lead in new industrial projects and solidify our remaining strong industrial base?  We are proudly one of the companies who have completed our ACT Work Ready registration and urge everyone else to follow suit.
